Full-service landscaping means design, installation, hardscape, planting, irrigation, water features, and outdoor living spaces built together from a single plan. It starts with understanding what the lot needs to do, then designing everything around that. Irrigation rough-in happens before hardscape goes down. Grading happens before planting. The sequence matters and we get it right the first time.
We handle landscape design and build, hardscaping, retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, and more. One crew, one point of contact, one project. We do not subcontract the parts we do not want to manage.

We work on established residential lots in older Farmington and Kaysville neighborhoods, new-build homes going in on the bench, HOA common areas, and commercial properties along Davis County's I-15 corridor. Each property type gets a different approach, not a template applied to every job.
For HOA-governed properties: Utah's SB 152 (2022) means HOAs cannot penalize you for water-wise landscaping conversions, regardless of what their CC&Rs say. We file Utah Water Savers rebate pre-approval paperwork before any turf comes out, which is the requirement for the rebate. That covers up to $3 per sq ft for turf-to-waterwise conversion. The money goes to you.

Yes. We design and install drip and spray irrigation systems built for both culinary water and Benchland secondary water. Secondary water in Kaysville and surrounding areas carries sediment and algae that clog drip emitters without proper filtration built in from the start. We design around the water source, not just the plants.
We pull permits when the scope requires them: retaining walls above a certain height, structural work, and utility connections for outdoor kitchens. We handle that as part of the project. For Utah Water Savers rebates, we also file the required pre-approval paperwork before any turf comes out. Missing that step disqualifies the rebate entirely.
Utah Water Savers pays up to $3 per sq ft when you convert lawn to water-wise planting. There is also a Flip Your Strip program covering park strips specifically. The key rule: you must receive written pre-approval before removing any turf or you lose the rebate entirely. We file that application for you as part of the project scope.
Yes. Utah's SB 152 (2022) means HOAs legally cannot penalize homeowners for converting turf to water-wise planting, regardless of what their CC&Rs say. We work on HOA-governed properties throughout Davis County. If your HOA pushes back on a turf conversion, the state law overrides them on that specific issue.
